After the Christmas break, the team is back ready to start working again. Although we have taken a break from working on the project, we started working again last week, so we have a lot of stuff to show you.
For my part, I kept working on the funcionality of the buttons of the menu and the procedural generation of the Top Floor of the first level. I also polished the movement of both the camera and the main character. That's all from me this week, next week I will finally have the main character of the game and an enemy fully animated inside the game. Cya!

Hi everyone! I'm back from Christmas and I am very excited to show you all of the work that has been done in all of this time.
I'll start with the new animated 3D models of the main character "Piwa" and the enemy "Fungom".
I fixed the previous models changing the textures that we had with brand new materials and I also fixed the skeleton rigs of them in order to be able to animate them properly. After that I animated them with IDLE cycles and some walking and attack animations. Here's a few of them.
And, to finish, I also tried to work with Substance Designer for the first time to make te material for the ground of the game. Although I still have to improve, here's the first version of it result.

This is all the work that i have done this week. For the next week, I'll try to keep animating "Piwa" and "Fungom" and start making some props for the game. Thanks you for giving us your time :D

Hey! Im back from Christmas and I bring you some gifts. I'll show you everything that I did this week. To start, I would like to show you a render of the 3D models that I made for both the trailer and the game.

These are the marine spectres, creatures that will fly the skies of the world of the game and will help "Piwa" to get through the different floating islands in order to complete her mission. These models are also rigged, so they are prepared to be animated for the trailer.
I also prepared some props ready to be implemented into the game, but these are still under develpment so I wont show them to you yet. That's all for this week, see you in the next one!

Greetings guys, I hope you all had a good Christmas. Today I will show you the work that I've been doing this last week.
Right now I'm focusing on developing the User Interface for the game, and I have made a good progress on the main menu. Here's how it looks.
This week I will keep working on the User Interface of the game, designing the options menu and the Gameplay HUD. Have a nice week!
